How To Report An Accident At A Us Bank Branch

i went to your atm  on saturday  10-16-10  between  4 and 5 pm   there were workers  thatnhad it blocked with shingles  and ladders  so i started to leave  and they said i could  walk  up to it  so i did  and i tripped on something there not sure what  and fell   i got cut up and sprained my wrist  i need to know  if  your  insurance  will pay  my  dr bills
