My Bag Was Not Boarded Onto Usair 728 To Lhr Yesterday.

I was supposed to connect onto LH out of PHL but due to delayed flt us 2484 out of bna I got rerouted.  I was told that the bag would arrive this morning on morning flt arriving at 0625.  It is not here.  My bag tag number is US345748. Please advise.  Thank you. Susanne Bashkin
