My Bag Was Not Boarded Onto Usair 728 To Lhr Yesterday.
I was supposed to connect onto LH out of PHL but due to delayed flt us 2484 out of bna I got rerouted. I was told that the bag would arrive this morning on morning flt arriving at 0625. It is not here. My bag tag number is US345748.
Please advise. Thank you.
