Says Packages Delivered But Only One Pkg At Door
Did not receive one of my pkgs but acct tracking says delivered

Why wasn't my package delivered in three days, as indicated? Please note that the UPS Service Guarantee applies only to business days, and excludes weekends, holidays, and any delays that occur beyond the control of pickup). Three days means three business days (not counting the day of UPS.
