I Keep Getting Rejected Trying To File 2014 Taxes

ive called IRS for 5 digit code only to be told I don't need it.to use it told to inter AGI.so every time I try send wont let me.I filed and paid threw turbo tax,I shouldn't have to do this myself, Nolda
