My Turbo Tax Card Is Closed I Need To Know What To Do To Receive My Refund

Contact bancorp. This is the bank that is issuing the cards this yr. Tell them what is going on & they will have you fax in S.S.card, ID & proof of address. They will tell you that it is only going to take a few days but in reality it will take much longer. I have waited thru the first 5-7 days they said it would take to fix the issue. Then they told me to fax it all into a different # and wait another 2-3 days. Now I can't get anyone from TurboTax on the phone & Bancorp says their fraud dept would fix it by the end of the work hours today. y money has been tied up for weeks & I'm over it. If you google search turbotax card cancelled or turbotax card closed you will see this is a huge issue this year. Email your local news ppl. I did & they are now working hard to have my $$$ cleared up for me. The Department of Finance for the state the bank is based out of. I think its George but I'm planning on doing all that research tomorrow. Please don't let them push you around & feed you the crap they have been feeding everyone else. Call them everyday & don't let up. Good luck!!!!

You will likely NOT get it reopened. Jump through a bunch of hoops faxing in highly sensitive info (SS card, DL card, bills, etc).
