Wheres My Turbo Tax Card
what will happen if my refund is deposited and my card is not yet activated? Im wondering because my refund is suppose to be deposited on jan 28th and i still have not recieved my turbo tax card

i request a card twice now this time they said it was in the mail well its been 14 days its still NOT HERE?????????my tax refund is going to be loaded on it im worried??? hope u can help all they do on the phone is wait it will be there well IT"S NOT r we can send an other one?????? i heard that befor.thak u for yr help

turbo tax has made alot of mistakes this year. if you don't receive your card before your refund is due. call them and they are suppose to fed ex you one free of charge on a 2business day express.they do this if they make the mistake. but they think they are not making the mistake. that they sent you one but you must have lost it. just make sure you get the point across that it was not mailed to you.

You will likely NOT get it reopened. Jump through a bunch of hoops faxing in highly sensitive info (SS card, DL card, bills, etc).
