Why Haven't I Received My Turbotax Refund Card?

You must allow 7-10 days for your card to arrive after applying for the card. If you do not receive the card after 10 days, you may contact TurboTax's Customer Service line at 1-866-963-1620 and select the option to report a card lost, stolen or never received. They ask that you have your Social Security Number and confirmation number (from the confirmation email you received right after you ordered the card) available.
