Never Received The Card

I never received my card in the mail andwhen i call customer service keeps giving me the run around just want to talk to you a person how do I do this ?

if you dont receive your card in 10 days then you have to call 8669361620 and report it lost ,stolen or never received,they will put a stop on any cards you have then re send another that hopefully you will get as long as you have an up to date address or try to get a real person by waiting forever [maybe]and recieve info that way
