Usually when you start your return it will ask if you want to tranfer data from another tax year. If you saved '09 you should be ok. They both can be e-filed, but the state will cost you about $20 to e-file. Hope this helps!

The only way for TurboTax to import info from a previous year is if you have a tax return prepared by TurboTax for that year. So the answer is yes.
