Can I Delete A Rejected 2010 Fed And State Tax Return And Create A New One?

Can I delete a rejected 2010 Fed and State Tax Return and create a new one using a new user ID/Password? My ex wife initially claimed 2 dependents prior to me filing. I was entitled to claim the 2 dependents per our settlement agreement. She rescinded and withdrew the 2 dependents and re-submitted her tax returns accordingly. I don't believe she used Turbo Tax.

As long as you are certain the incorrect return was not filed, yes, you can create a new one.
