2009 Tax Information

My name is Ray Haines, I have been fighting this site for over two weeks to get my 2009 tax information. all I can pull up is my sons information. I need this information last week. I don't want to fight your site anymore so please help me or leave me a phone number to call for help because I can't even get a phone number off your site
