New Tracfone Will Not Accept Minutes

There are many possible reasons why this is happening. The best way to resolved this issue is to contact Tracfone's customer service so that they will be able to check your account and see what identify the problem and provide proper resolution.
You can contact Tracfone Wireless at 1-800-867-7183. Just press 5 for technical support. Centers operate from 8 AM to midnight (EST) 7 days a week.
