Unable To Make Calls Lg L39c
On the LG L39C - I press the Phone Icon. It usually jumps up a bit and wiggles around. In the upper right corner a purple circle with a check mark apears for a few seconds. Plus, the phone vibrates for a few seconds. However, after a dozen or so tries I get the proper response, seemly at random. Of course, the phone has been activated. And, I have plenty of service days and minutes.
