How Do I Get Past 'live Chat' And The 800 And Reach A Manger At Toysrus?
I need to contact a manager (preferrably HIGH Level Manager). I have an issue that began on 11/26 and cannot reach any manager. Whenever I call and/or get a promise to have a manager call me back, no manager EVER returns the call or I get put on hold and then disconnected! Helep me to resolve this issue. At this point I just want to cancel the order and I am told that this impossible!
