Help With Defective Merchandise
I ordered a bike from Amazon.com. From my packing slip the bike came from ToysRUs. I opened the bike in order to assemble it today and realized that it has a few broken parts. I need to give this bike to a gift drive by next Friday and need to know what my options are in getting replacement parts for the broken ones. the item ordered is 6B7EC4F1 - Schwinn 16inch Charm Bike for a girl. Please let me know what can be done.

It would be best to contact the seller and see what options they can give you. To do this go to your Orders page, find the item, and click the Contact Seller button on the right of it.
