WHY DO PEOPLE BUY TOYOTA WHEN FORD TREATS IT'S CUSTOMERS BETTER?

1. Your conviction that Ford treats its customers better is not likely to be based on any real evidence of customer treatment in general.

2. Assuming that conviction is correct, people presumably buy Toyotas because of the product, notwithstanding customer treatment.
