2012 Navigation Voice Only A Whisper
I can only get the navigation to WHISPER - using manual instructions to increase volume doesn't work - is there something that I can do - has this problem happened before? Thanks for your help.

Voice settings allow you to customize the level of system interaction,
help and feedback. The system defaults to standard interaction which
uses candidate lists and confirmation prompts as these provide the
highest level of guidance and feedback. To access these settings, you can
either:
1. Press Menu > Settings > Voice control.
2. Select from the following:
R26; Interaction Mode R26; Confirmation Prompts
R26; Media Candidate Lists R26; Phone Candidate Lists
R26; Voice Control Volume
