Title
Paid cash 30k for a used 2010 highlander. Santa monica toyota will not send the title and the dmv says they have not applied for one. They dont call back except to say some one will call you back

You can complain to Toyota at 800-331-4331, and if necessary to the County Dept. of Consumer Affairs at 800-593-8222.
