My Toyota Camry Won't Start! Help?

My Toyota Camry was sluggish and needed to be jumped occasionally to start it. I took the battery out, tried to install a battery from my dads truck, but it wasn't right, so I bought a new battery and now the car will not crank or start. The lights on the dash light, my horn will honk and my emergency blinkers work. My turn signals, and radio do not work. Also the automatic shifter will not shift out of Park. Any ideas what the problem is? Any help appreciated.
