Here's my guess. It could be wrong, but it's only going to cost you $100 if you do it yourself. Buy a new driver's side door window master control switch for around $100. Amazon has one for less than $100 and eBay has them as well. Installation isn't hard, so you should be able to do it yourself. If that doesn't work, then you can go to the dealer and tell them the BCM is $350, so why are you charging me $1,300 for the work?
Here's why I think it's the driver's side door master control switch. The switch should have a lockout feature that prevents the passengers from opening the doors. That's a safety feature to protect young children from opening the door while the car is moving. If that button sticks in the lock position, you will no longer be able to unlock the passenger doors. It's worth the $100 to eliminate that as the possible problem.
