Loud Pinging Noise

My 2009 Camry has always had a pinging noise. But resently it has become louder. Is this normal. I have been using the cheap gas. Should I use better gas. Should I put some dry gas in it to remove any water. I hate to bring to the dealer for them to tell me that it's normal. It has 89000 plus miles on it.

It sounds like you need a replacement engine or an overhaul because I think it sounds like a failed connecting rod bearing. But you need to take the car for check up
