Bios Battery Problem

I have a laptop tosiba satellite l 745 when i turn on load a bios setup but later dont boot, only show me a black screen say The firmware has detected a cmos battery filure prees F1 to continue, i pres F1 and nathing what i do?wih the problem??

Usually that just means the CMOS battery is dead but since it won't let you continue I'd say it's a different hardware issue related to the motherboard. You'll need to bring it to a local repair shop to have it looked at.
