Hi. See pages 45+ of the User Guide here http://www.helpowl.com/manuals/Toshiba/SatelliteP845S4200/172842 you wish to access the HDD and the Memory modules. Please do note that it will be necessary to perform a full dismentle if you wish to take the entire laptop base off.
