Cannot Start Wireless

cannot start wireless / get as far as c- drive and toshiba and see no TBS to push

It seems the "wireless communication switch" on some models is implemented as a software switch. Check to see if there is a wireless switch option in the installed HWSetup utility. If not, look for TBSWireless:

Navigate to C:-->Program Files-->Toshiba-->TBS

Double Click TBSWireless
