Battery Charge L755-s5167
This is the 2nd time it happened. The battery died and now it will not charge. The last time Toshiba gave me a software fix,but I don't remember whar it was. After I deleted and installed a peice of their software, the battery immediately started to charge. Does anyone know what that fix was, or has had this problem. laptop runs fine on power supply and indicates it is charging, but it is not.

Based on your description, there might be a problem with the battery of your Toshiba Satellite L755. The battery might be failed to function properly which is normal after a couple of years of usage. Unfortunately, there is no software that could repair battery failure. The best solution for this is to replace the battery with a brand new one. You can purchase compatible batteries online here:
