From what you say your only problem is that the supplier doesn't acknowledge your email address. Similar ridiculous rejections have become increasingly common with various websites.
  • I've found that typing the information by hand (rather than using the system clipboard or a password manager to enter it) will often solve.
  • For an email address that's not working, your Internet Service Provider may give you a solution. In the worst case you may have to use a different email address: Gmail will let you receive its mail at your current (other) mailbox--from Gmail's gear wheel [upper right] go to See all settings, and then to Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
  • It's possible the problem is on your end. In case it is, follow these numbered steps:
  1. Make sure you haven't disabled any scripts, and then
  2. Clear your cache. You'll find specific instructions for your particular browser at http://www.refreshyourcache.com/. Clearing cookies also could help, so you may want to do both. If the problem is not solved...
  3. Restart your computer. If the problem is not solved...
  4. It may be necessary to update your browser (or even to switch browsers, in the worst case).
As a last resort you may have to ask the company. Use the contact information at https://www.contacthelp.com/toshiba.
