There are two possible problems affecting your hard disk drive. It might be a software or hardware related problems. If this is a software related problem, you can repair it by simply following a simple diagnostic and repair method. You can watch how to do this here:
However if this hard disk error is related to the physical hard disk drive, you will need to replace the entire hard disk to make your computer function properly. In this case, you will need a certified computer technician to do it for you.
