No Files Detected
I have a disk in a sony vaio and then for no reason it stop working. Doesnt detec the OS
Now i tried to put it as a sleve disck in my descktop and i can detected but it looks like its empty. No files at all.

There are basically three scenarios that can occur with a damaged hard drive:
1. Operating System (OS) file corruption
2. Data file corruption
3. OS and Data file corruption
Based on your description it appears you have OS and Data file corruption. You could try a repair of the OS if you have an XP/Vista/Windows 7 disk but that won't help you recover data files. Your best option was slaving the damaged drive just as you did to try and recover the data portion. Unfortunately, if that doesn't work (ie - the drive is 'empty') that means there is irreparable damage on the hard drive and no data can be recovered.
