What Is The Firmware Level And Date Supposed To Be.

The unit always tries to update the firmware and fails. I suspect it is at the current level though it downloads a 98 meg update and fails every time. No error message and no details about the download. I emailed tech support and am waiting for an answer. No firmware is listed as available on their site.
