How Do I Get The Drivers Downloaded To My Pc For My Toshiba Model Hddr250eo3x.
When I purchased the unit it did not come with a drivers CD. When I connect it now, it asks me for the driver CD to access it.

You can get info on the driver from here:
https://www.pcdriverdownload.com/driver_info/toshiba_hddr250e03x_250gb_external_hard_drive
It should not need a driver as they state it is plug and play. Check in disk management that the drive exists and maybe assign a drive letter to it. Has it been formatted for a different O/S? Also check Windows update for drivers if you are now on Windows 10.
