Toshiba Satellite C55t-b5230 Wifi Connection Problems.

I have had ths compuer for about 3 months now. Is there a reason for the internet to lock up on this computer? I have tried using Internet Explorer and Firefox. My internet connection is fine because all of my other devices work fine.
