Different Language Installation

Greetings all,I would like to install Japanese and CHinese into Toshiba At7-c. KIndly advise, Thank you very much

I'm sorry but it's not possible to install a new language. You can install Japanese and Chinese keyboards from the Google Play Store but in order to have the entire OS in a different language, you would need to purchase the Chinese or Japanese version of the tablet.
