According to the user manual (http://www.helpowl.com/manuals/toshiba-a75s211-toshiba-online-users-guide-satellite-a70a75-88b635c.pdf) you must use a USB keyboard.

If you have an older style PS2 keyboard you will need an adapter: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=usb+keyboard+adapter&x=0&y=0

If you have a USB keyboard simply plug it in and use it. It will be automatically detected.
