Changed Lamp , But Still No Picture Or Sound

if you have properly placed the lamp cover and it still will not light up the new lamp, and the color wheel isn't making a sound like a loud fan, then the ballast is the likely culprit (sometimes when a lamp explodes the ballast is damaged). If the color wheel is noisy then a new optical engine is needed (a new ballast is included in a new engine)
