Tv Wont Turn On
i have changed the remote batteries, tried to turn it on manually and nothing will work

Have you checked the outlet to make sure it is working? You can check it by either plugging another device like a lamp in, or by using an outlet tester. Also check your surge protector or power strip if you are using one.
When you push the power button on the TV itself, do you get any sort of response? Any noise, lights, or anything else? If not, the power supply or rectifier or whatever that model uses may be bad. You'll probably need to get it repaired or replaced. You can see the troubleshooting section of the manual for more information, which can be downloaded here:
