When I Turn On Power Button The Streen Will Give A Quick Flast Then Nothing.

Sounds like a defective power supply. I'd wager that there are some defective capacitors. If that's the case you won't be able to fix this yourself. I recommend taking it in to a repair shop to get a complete diagnosis.
