Toro 20333c Bought @ Home Depot In 2010 2 Summer Of Starting Problems

Law mower wont start  i have had problem this problem from the the start. took to a warranty depot they told me bad fuel charged $50.00. ok for the rest of the summer but wont sart after it run for 10 minutes shut it off & not able to restart. Spent $500.00 dollars on new lanwmower  april 2012 home depot Coquitlam BC Canada. what should i do ??? A replament mwer would be  very helpfull. I have replaced spark plug air filter cleaned carburater using premiun fuel what else can i do i just want to cut my law without hurting my arm pulling the cord for 10 minutes
