I Have A Toro 20331. The Front Wheel Self Propelled Drive Does Not Work. Belt Is

Belt is good. Cable is good. Belt tightens. Wheels are fine. Spring is tight.

Hi, it sounds like you checked most things.  It could be a worn or bad gear in the front drive section, or a bad bearing.  Check the gears, and while you have them exposed make sure everything is lubricated according to the manual.
