Cancellation Of My Subscription

I would like to cancel my subscription to Time Magazine. Because of some misunderstanding, I'm receiving two copies of each issue and I'm probably also paying for both! I don't like your new methods of payment and I don't appreciate the difficulty to make contact with your customer service. My name is Nadia Slote, my address is Via Paternolli 9, Gorizia, ITALY. I don't remember my account number.
