I Can Not Reach T-mobile Via 611 Or Their 800 Number.
Tmobile flagged my acct to go to a special queue when I try to reach them via 611 or an 800 number. That special queue goes UNANSWERED for close to 60 minutes. Why did they do this? Because I allegedly called "too often". Called many times because their agents wouldn't address problems correctly.**Do NOT tell me to call 611 or an 800 number ! That is the whole issue; that I can't reach them. And WHERE is documentation of putting a good customer into this special queue ? "Calling too often" .... wth ?
