The Primary Account Holder is the only authorized to request for the change of cell phone number.

If you're the Primary Account Holder, then you must call 1-877-453-1304. Customer Care representatives are available from 3 a.m. to 10p.m. PT, daily. Automated account help is available 24 hours a day. You can also dial 611 on your cell phone to get to the customer service.
