Model # Of Cell Phone

If I give you a cell phone number, would you be able to give me the model number of a cell phone? My brother gave my mom a cell phone. She does not have a computer so I want to download the user's guide for her. I do not know what her model number is

The model number is on the inside of the phone. If you remove the battery cover, and take out the battery it will be on the phone on a little plate where the battery fits into.

If you still cannot find it I would recommend calling t-mobile and asking them to walk you through finding the model number. 1-800 937 8997
