Customer Complaint
I PURCHASED A 2004 ML2004 MERCEDEZ BENZ AT A SUZUKI DEALER IN NEW YORK. I WAS TREATED WITH DISRESPECT, INSULTED, PUT ON HOLD BACK AND FORTH FOR A WHOLE HOUR. I NEED TO KNOW WHO I CAN TALK TO AT YOUR HEADQUATERS. THE BATTERI DIED IN THE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE. I HAD TO PURCHASE A BATTERY IN ORDER TO MAKE IT HOME. IT COST ME $150.00. THE DEARLER REFUSED TO RE-IMBURSE ME. I DI PAY FOR VTHE 3 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY. MY PHONE# 516-993-0363
