When Starting To Move And Starting To Stop Grinding Noise In Rear.

When car starts moving until about 20 mph and when stopping at about 20 mph grinding sound.  I think it is a wheel bearing.

Wheel bearing noise doesn't go away when you go faster. Your rear brake pads are probably worn down to the rivets. If you don't replace them right away, they will score your rotors and those will need to be replaced as well.
