2007 Suzuki Forenza Will Not Start.

We have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and tensioner. We were able to extablish ample tension on the timing belt and all timing marks were aligned properly. There is plenty of spark at the plugs and thre is gas. The engine turns but will not start. What do we need to do?
