Need Help

my 1998 subaru forester shakes very badly both at idle and when I am driving. There is a loud tick coming from the engine. It stalls out and dies on me sometimes and.my check engine light both stays on and flashes.rapidly. it smokes a lot and my radiator constantly needs refilli g ever though my reservoir is always full and sometimes over flow. However when its running or parked I can never see any fluid leaking from underneath the car my oil ooks clean and and levels are correct. I u shifts hard but my tyranny fluid looks brand new and the levels are good
