Subzero 700tr Showing A Service/error Code.
Hello,
I have a SubZero 700TR thats about 5-6 years old. Just recently it was showing an service/error code in the temperature display. We pulled the bottom vent from the unit and cleaned/vacuumed everything again. It was not too dirty as we had done this once earlier in the year when it was VERY dirty. After cleaning, we powered everything back up and a week later it showed the service/error code again. Powered off then on and the code has gone away, for now. (its only been two days)
In addition to this, in the last few weeks we have found that the items on the very bottom of the fridge are being frozen. I have left freezer setting to 0 deg., but have maxed out the fridge setting as the 45 deg.
Still getting frozen food on the bottom of the fridge.
What may be causing these things to happen?
