How To Cancel A Purchase On Stubhub

According to the StubHub user agreement, you can't exchange or return tickets, unless your event was canceled. From the user agreement:
"All Sales are Final. Except for canceled events, you will not receive a refund for completed purchases. You cannot change or cancel any orders after the sale is complete."
