Replace Phone
I purchased the extra protection plan at wal-mart when i bought my phone. Would like to know how to get my replacement phone??

1) Submit a mobile phone replacement claim by calling our Customer Care Center
at 1-866-257-6542. We are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week.
2) Return the failed mobile phone to your authorized UPS shipping
location with the shipping label that will be provided to you.
3) Buy a
new prepaid or unlocked phone when your check arrives!
