When I Purchased My Straight Talk Phone Was There Insurance Included?

I left phone in car and my screen broke, it wasnt a hot day not sure why it broke but can the phone be replaced or do I purchase a new one?

Insurance does not come with Straight Talk Phones but you had the option to buy insurance.
